Red Hat Tours Terms and Conditions

We recommend to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting a claim to our company, as they constitute a contractual agreement between Red Hat Tours and Customer. By booking, Customer accepts the Red Hat Tours Terms and Conditions set forth herein. The person making the reservation accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all people who will travel in a group, or the organization on behalf of which he is acting and is responsible for all payments due.

 

Tour cost and taxes

On our website www.redhattours.com you can have up-to-date and accurate information. However, we advise you to confirm tour details and costs with Red Hat Tours before making a booking to avoid mistakes.

After the approval of the inclusions and the route, the total cost of the tour will be confirmed, including taxes related only to the described route.

 

Booking

Reservations should be in advance, no later than 10 days before arrival. For group tours, we recommend booking a few months before(5-6). You can email us your booking details to sales@redhattours.com. The information must contain: personal information of participants (full name, passport details), tour details, type of transport, arrival and departure data, hotel accommodation (if this service is included in the package) and must be reliable. Once customers have confirmed and submitted their travel details to Red Hat Tours, they will receive a confirmation email and an invoice for their booking. Booking services are available to persons over 18 years.

 

Deposits and Final Payment

Booking confirmation is considered to be the amount of a non-refundable deposit equal to the payment of at least 50% of the total cost of the tour, and only after receiving confirmation from the bank that the amount has been credited to the account of Red Hat Tours. We will send you a confirmation email within 5 business days.

A deposit is required to verify your booking and will be used to cover the cost of your tour package.

The rest of the amount (if something else is not agreed) is payable 7 days prior to arrival. In case of non-payment of the residual amount, your booking may be canceled and the deposit canceled.

If the booking is made 7 or less days in advance, then FULL payment of the tour cost is required.

The travel voucher will be sent to you via email after full payment of the tour package.

 

Payment form

Payments can be made by bank transfer to the Red Hat Tours account, as well as by transfer from your bank card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) to our business card. The Client bears the commission for transferring money through various payment systems from the sending and receiving bank. The company relies on the actual amount shown in the preliminary invoice. All prices on the Red Hat Tours website are in USD per person, unless otherwise stated. Our company is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that may occur from the time of booking until the time of refund.

 

Company Policy and Price Guarantee  

The company’s policy is to organize your vacation with the maximum provision of quality services.

After the approval of the final itinerary and the tour cost, a reservation is made, after which the price is already guaranteed and cannot be changed.

The tour cost can only change if:

– making, after booking, additional changes by the client

– the introduction of new or increased government taxes and fees related to the components of your tour package.

The company will inform you about the change in the amount in order to obtain your consent or make any adjustments to the itinerary. Changes will be made to the itinerary (if any) and to your account.

If the surcharge due to changes in government taxes exceeds 10%, then you have the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund.

The company reserves the right, without prior notice:

– will change the prices already published on the website in the following cases: fluctuations in exchange rates, changes in government taxes and fees, inflation and other similar situations beyond the control of the company.

– change the route due to weather conditions or any reasons beyond the control of the company.

 

Travel documents

To arrive in Armenia, participants must have a valid passport and, if necessary, a visa. Your passport must be valid for at least three months after the date of your return, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter․

Entry to Armenia is regulated by a visa regime, in accordance with international agreements and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The rules of entry for foreign citizens to Armenia can be found on the website of the Armenian Foreign Ministry.

Unused services

Unused services after the start of the tour are non-refundable, as Red Hat Tours is not responsible for the absence of the traveler on any part of the route.

Cancellation and Refund

All cancellation requests must be in writing and will take effect within 1-2 days of the date they are received by our office.

Withholding the amount as a percentage of the total package cost (including the amount of the non-refundable deposit) upon receipt of a cancellation request:

– 30 days before the start of the tour – 0%

– 30-16 days before the start of the tour – 30%

– 15-8 days before the start of the tour – 50%

– 7 days before the start of the tour – 100%

 

Confidentiality 

To verify your booking, our company needs personal information. Using our website, email, booking a trip or sending us any of your personal information, you agree to our privacy policy. It’s needed so that your data can be transferred to hotels, airlines, or other organizations, if the service of their booking lies with our company, in all other cases, this data is stored in the office database, and cannot be transferred to third parties.

 

Complaints   

The main goal of Red Hat Tours is to make our tourists as satisfied as possible from the rest organized by the company. If for some reason they are not satisfied with any of the services, or there was an incident during the trip with the staff serving the tour, then please inform the contact person of our company immediately. All complaints must be sent in writing to the company’s email address for its consideration and the right decision.
